SmartBridge is an easy to use Windows based Weighbridge software with multilingual user interface. SmartBridge supports all types of the weight indicators, it also has the ability to receive the weight signal from PLC or from other PC using TCP/IP protocol, you can download free trial version from the product page.
By default, the application will run full screen and user cannot change the application window size, but you can change this behavior by enabling option "Sizeable application window".
User then can change application window size by double click on the title bar; he also can change the window width and height by dragging the window edges.
